most times people complain because the ride is too short. Now they complain when it's too long?

This happened to me on the pirate ship ride at Dixie landin back then. Was on it for 20+ mins, puked all over the place

which is designed to go backward, wound up doing so for at least three to four minutes longer than it should have,

Surely it has an emergency shut off, and if that didnt work, just shut off the breaker or kill the generator.
