I used to work right around there...It's across the street from the courthouse AND the jail so its normally a shite show in there....Been in there so many times when people right out of jail getting alchohol to celebrate. They sort of are forced to put boots or they wouldn't have a parking lot..

Given their location they would have a ton of people parking there then heading across the street if they didn't have a reputation for booting cars.
