Amazon customer service.

I know that a lot of posters here are frequent Amazon customers, as am I. I thought I would share my recent experience with them.
I have bought a lot of products off of Amazon over the past several years, only recently becoming a Prime member in January of last year.
I ordered window visors for two seperate vehicles at the same time, both products are Prime eligble. After I received the packages today, I opened up both boxes.
The first set of visors were for a F-250 four door, it already had visors, however one of the front ones had blown off while the window was rolled down. So I bought just the pair for the front instead of a four piece set. They were intact and in good shape, however, they were not an exact match to the rear existing ones. The advertised picture was exactly what I wanted and there is not a disclaimer stating the actual product may vary.
The second set of visors were a four piece set for a Jeep Grand Cherokee. They were exactly as described but one of the rear visors is cracked.
Fast forward fifteen minutes after these occurences. Amazon already refunded the product that was not as advertised correctly, and has a replacement set for the Jeep preparing to ship. UPS is expected to pickup the box with the products I have now on Amazon's dime tomorrow or the next day. A very pain free and simple process that involved a few clicks, answering a couple of questions, and printing out one page.
I have never had an issue with ordering things off of Amazon, and after this experience I have to say I am thoroughly pleased with their customer service. Truly, it is top notch.
tl;dr Amazon and UPS messed up an order by damaging one product and misadvertising the other. Amazon fixes it in under fifteen minutes.

I've studied Amazon a LOT in my Supply Chain curriculum and college, and it really is amazing what this company has achieved in the e-commerce era.

I almost hate them at this point, but you've gotta agree that they are the GOAT of all things retail.

I can find the bed sheets, but i bet they dont feel as smooth as they do on the screen while I'm ordering them.
I guess i missed the light bulb part of that topic. Any lights I need for vehicles (12 volt) I do order on Amazon though. Genrally the LEDs are cheaper than the cheap lights out of the parts stores.

Has anyone here every accidentally gotten a random water filter for a refrigerator? This has happened to me twice when what I ordered didn't come in on time. My theory is that a customer will be so much happier thinking that the wrong item was shipped, than if just nothing showed up. Both times they said just to throw the filter away and my product would be overnighted.

I'm just waiting for them to deliver hookers and blow to my doorstep. Satisfaction guaranteed or my money back and they try again.

They're working on drone delivery as we speak.
