This is what OP should do. Block his fricking driveway too. Seriously

Sit I may or may not be a lawyer and can definitively say that having relations with a wildebeest and crapping in the cab of a truck are not only legal but brilliant. In fact our greatest president bill Clinton does both on the reg and has for decades. Enjoy your Sunday my friend.

Tow truck drivers are lowest of the low but do you think one tow truck company will tow another? I doubt it.
Good luck

Call your city councilman and discuss the issue with him.
Did you tell the landlord you're having problems?
--
I have a renthouse that had the same situation. He had a huge box truck that he did park in his yard, out of my way.
But he then parked his car across from the driveway. It made it difficult to back out and I was always concerned I would forget and back into it.

Just call the cops every time. Eventually they will either taze you or him. I’d just ride this asses. If they don’t do the right thing get Gordon. I hate to say it but you can either handle it yourself or your likely going to have to sue the guy and or the police

Definitely install a ring doorbell right away and update your security / surveillance system. Have one camera focused on your neighbor's house.

I'm not arguing with you as I know nothing but what I have heard and that is the opposite of what you are saying.

I would go to the chief, councilperson, and sheriff’s traffic division explain the situation. Complain to Sheriff Sid Gautreaux and eventually they will get involved. Sheriff ultimately has jurisdiction all over this parish.
It should be logged that the city police came out and keep a log also.
It gets big enough then someone will start issuing tickets.

If he works for Riverside I bet we can get a line of OT volunteers to piss in his fuel tank every night or dump shrimp juice down the A/C intake next summer.

You need to steal his parking spot. Also isn’t it illegal to park business vehicles at a residence ? I can recall code enforcement in Jefferson parish getting pissed at my buddy because he had his work trailer parked at his house.

Another good idea. The second that truck moves, put yours in its spot.

I would think 6 flat tires that all need replaced would send a message. Or perhaps the first message can be 6 tires that somehow lose their valve stems first. Then the second message can be 6 tires that have to be replaced.

BR High is a magnet school. It's a very solid academic school

This is BRPD - they will just tell you over the phone that there’s nothing they can do and hang up.
