Why do we call have to pick a side?
Both parties were in the wrong. Even if they were within the law to use lethal force it doesn't mean they should have. I understand it's a split second life and death decision but shooting him seemed unnecessary

You can clearly see both cops draw then you can see howie lake grabbing the TPOS gun side hand then yell he's going for the gun.

Keep in mind lake only has one hand available as his gun is in the other.

Subdued him using non lethal force, he's lying on the ground with two grown men on top of him. I'm assuming these police officers are trained in things like that, I don't know exactly what because I'm not a police officer

Screen shot it. That's right, you won't be able to because you made it up. You can't even see the gun that the other cop pulled because his partner is blocking that view.
