Because it saves me and the rest of the tax payers 25 to life of paying for this convicted felon to eat and relax in prison.

I doubt it.

Been arrested high, been arrested drunk.
Didn't resist.

Never convicted.

But I just don't understand.. they have him up close and personal.. it just doesn't seem like this has to be the option.. especially that many shots.

Do they not carry tasers.. it wasn't like the copy hustled to draw his gun and then shoot.. he had time for some other action.

My gosh that's horrific.

Okay watching the witness statements.. they did taser him at first. then they tackled him.

the witness also says his gun was never visible and he never had it.. and the cop actually went and got the gun afterwards.

You serious Clark?

Up close and personal is freaking worse when someone has a handgun. All he had to was get it out and fire and chances are he would hit one of them.

I don't think a taser is a feasible option when the guy has a gun on him, but I understand your point to some extent. The other argument is that when you're that up close and personal, the slightest struggle can turn deadly because all you need to do is pull the trigger. There is no need to aim.

They tazed him first. He didn't go down.

They were called there by a anonymous tip that he was pointing his gun at people telling them to leave him alone while he sold CDs.

Can clearly hear one officer say "He's going in his pocket...he has a gun".

Hard to tell where the first shot came from? Could have possibly been the perp firing from his pocket if he manages to get a hand on the gun?

There's an easy way to avoid situations like this. Don't carry a gun.

Yeah, cop at his feet definitely yells "Gun he's got a gun" before the other cop shoots.

Liberals want stricter gun laws - it's illegal for him to be carrying. Here's the result.

I'm not sure I'm going to buy the accidental discharge argument here or the he was still moving argument since they waited another few seconds to shoot the guy some more.

Watch it again... the cop by his legs is wrestling with the perps hand just after the call of gun. He's got a gun, and there is something black in the perps hand that the same officer is pressing to his chest... the cop is one foot away and is trained to spot it... I will take the cops word in a heated exchange over some B.S. SJW trying to defend this guy

FWIW the cops were responding to a call of a man with a gun in a parking lot

Yes, I'm serious. They seemed to be in good position on him.

Not any situation is ever the same.

As the witness stated he didn't even have his gun in his possession.

My goodness the cop took forever to get his gun out, how about a couple of pistol whips instead of such a fatal ending. I don't know, but it looks really bad..

It's already on my Facebook feed. Justified or not, I don't have a good feeling about this one.
