He's probably referring to Denise Marcelle's knack for getting on camera which is almost as good as Dougie Planchard's.

Ahhh. I originally thought the officer in the hat shot first. I don't think he was in position to see if Alton was reaching for his pocket.
Cops shot a dude late yesterday afternoon by my house. But he was white and wasn't killed.
Today just north of me in Crockett County the police had to snuff a dude that was threatening people with two guns. He was also white so it barely made the news.
