You do realize that if both officers say he went for gun, it's case closed right?

No one has better view of it than them.

There will be no charges.

It's funny because if anyone posted a picture of some random black dude we don't know in this thread with no comment or context behind it, there would be soooooo many replies just crushing that random dude.

Make it, LF and the kid gloves come out. Pretty funny to watch play out.

100% spot on

Excuse me patnuh, but I said it was inappropriate and he had no business sticking his celebrity into the situation.

Surprised Hillar said something that direct. He's normally very good with words, and that was a blunder

Sources close to the case tell the 9News Investigators that Officer Blane Salamoni, a four-year veteran of the force, is the officer believed to have fired all of the shots.

Really? Bad guy, harmless and he deserves the ultimate penalty. Not buying it based on very loose facts here. Manson, I get. This guy? Really?

How about better cops in this situation.

Not convinced either way but a subdued perp shot. Convince me this was best option. Not for BR or Louisiana's sake but overall. I will listen.

I believe lethal force is addressed in the force continuum. Maybe I missed it.

I'm not convinced anything but a thug shot while trying to get to his gun to shoot his way out. I don't need to convince you of shite. POS died bc he was an immediate threat to innocent life and all other methods to stop him had been exhausted.

Boosie tried calling him out, ended up in jail (but not for the murder charge), and Hillar literally laughed when I asked him about it

Shocked LA guy. Shoot everybody once restrained? Is that the plan? Think long and hard LA resident.

I said that I am open to what facts are not public. At this point, thug did not deserve to die. Let the courts, yes even yours , decide that.

I feel like one cop said "he's got a gun" and the other cop reacted to that.

He wasn't restrained. Had he been successfully restrained, he could have never reached for his stolen gun. IMO he absolutely deserved to die the second he did that. They showed plenty enough restraint in just the 2 videos we've seen.

curious, why dont cops use tasers or shoot them in the leg in situations like this to get their attention?

in the end, its stupid that people cant understand that if you dont listen to authorities then be ready to pay the price. all these protesters and civil rights leaders act like a black criminal has NEVER done anything wrong.

As many times as I've seen the video, it appears just Officer Lake was on the side, fired, Salamoni on top--doesn't appear to fire...?
