I would bet anything he lives right by the area. Best chance would be to find business in the area watching him pass by but still he probably won't show more than some black thug with his face buried in a hoodie

The topic is black violence continues to be a cancer to America. The community refuses to fix itself and anyone from outside the community who tries is racist.

I don't know why people think this was something crazy like a gang initiation, thrill seeker, or Son of Sam.

I'd bet my bottom dollar it was like this:

1. Girl stops at the railroad tracks and starts eating her fries.
2. Thug approaches the car with a gun and says "give me the car bitch".
3. Girl freaks out, either puts it in reverse or begins to turn.
4. Thug fires a few shots during this period.
5. Perhaps the girl is hit or can't make the turn or the thug runs around the car the reposition himself for a better shot.
6. Thug unloads on the girl when he's in a better position after she attempted the flee.

I sincerely doubt whatever happened varies much from that.

Help me out. Why didn’t he take the car?

Because now it was full of blood, bullet holes, a dead body, and shattered wind shield?

Carjacking and/or armed robbery gone wrong makes the most sense.

because there is a dead body in it? Once the thug killed her it turned from an attempted robbery to him trying to GTFO as fast as possible. That's the reason he didn't try to steal anything at that point

I would imagine some of these guys freak out once they actually kill someone and see the aftermath.

Plus, what others said. The car is completely destroyed.

He stakes out an ambush point and is prepared to shoot and *does* shoot all for the carjacking…but he’s not willing to go any further with the carjacking because of the blood, bullet holes, and dead body which he had foreseen?

Seems like once you’ve committed to the bringing and implementing of deadly force, you’ve committed to go all the way with the carjacking regardless of the mess you’re bound to make.

Edit: At the very least you’re still concerned with the money that can be made by selling the merchandise found on the inside…but nothing was stolen according to the cops.

There is audio that contradicts the majority of your theory.

You have to be stupid as frick.
He planned to carjack and was ready to kill if he didn't get what he wanted.
End of story. We're talking about someone with an IQ around 60. (Which might actually be higher than yours)

Can't have people adding pieces to the big picture puzzle of who is responsible for this.

I listened to the audio. Now tell me what contradicts *a majority* of my theory?

OK, so that audio was from this event. I am guessing it was pulled from one of the videos. At some point those videos will make it to the public and a lot of questions will be cleared up.

He's willing to shoot but he doesn't want to shoot at all. Most people, especially a soft target like a young women, is just going to hand the car over.

Once it became a murder, the car was worthless to him.

Stop thinking like this guy is some elite level mind. He probably has a 4th grade education at best

Lots of times these killers have never been told “no”.
So, if someone doesn’t do what they want, they’re going to punish them. Punishing them is worth more than the value of the car or her purse.
She “disrespected” someone.

For the sake of argument, let’s agree that the car is worthless. The police still make mention that they have found no evidence of it being a robbery. They haven’t elaborated thus far, but one can reasonably guess that they have had an opportunity to assess the victims’s personal belonging (jewelry, purse, etc.) and concluded that nothing is missing.

Like you said, he probably isn’t Einstein. But If he was there to rip and rob, even if he can’t have the car, he’s probably not going to leave empty handed.
