Street talk isn’t enough to prove a case. And if someone had enough info to lead to an arrest they would’ve sold him out for the cash.
Gun most likely was stolen from some of the loons who leave a pistol in their unlocked glove compartment, in an unlocked vehicle. It likely was thrown into a river or sold to someone else, who took it to Chicago and shot a toddler while trying to hit a Vice Lord on some debris strewn street corner.

Allie was randomly fired into because of make and model of car she was driving (Altima) which is known to be drug / gangster car. Idiot that killed her was also gunned in another shootout .

Honestly, I normally just ignore SFP. He's a bit like BabyTac to me. He's played his schtick so long that it's obvious what he's doing and has been for some time but when he ventures from his contrarian thing into being a straight up sausage, he deserves to get called on that.
