Some of you are so dense. It’s 2023. Racial tensions are high. A pretty white girl is hit by a car and killed the same night she may have been raped. The rape suspects are a couple of black men.
Suggesting that race may play a role in the opinions of people that have been set from the get go should be the least shocking thing ever.

I could be wrong but I don’t believe he had any charges against him originally. One or two of the events pre-dated the Brooks case, but he wasn’t charged in those cases until after the Brooks situation came to light.

- known to get drunk and crazy
- friends refused to be around her drunk
- gets drunk at Bella noche
- runs after a carful of thugs
- videos of her consenting to sex in the car - demands to be let out
- we find out she banged another dude the day before
There is absolutely no way in hell 90% of the baws on this board who are claiming the “POS thugs raped her” would feel the same way.
Now imagine if a black chick from Scotlandville was driving home at 2:00 am on Scenic Hwy. She was stopped at a red light and someone shot her. You think the guys in this board would be demanding the police find the killer?
If you disagree with this, you are blind. Any of these scenarios are terrible, regardless of race. But the majority of posters would care much less with the black girl.

How is it dirty? Prosecution is claiming physical evidence of sex which may not be proper evidence in a trial. Don’t you want the trial to be fair? If the guys are guilty, then there will be more evidence that isn’t questionable.

When I heard about this story like the day after it happened it went like this:
"This poor innocent girl who was inebriated got practically abducted from Reggie's, lured into a car, and driven around town while being raped forcibly. Once they were done with her the perpetrators tossed her out on the side of the road like a piece of garbage. Probably hollering and high fiving each other as they drove away. This poor still-half-drunk sobbing woman stepped into Burbank to probably wave for help to an oncoming car for assistance but got inadvertently struck and died as a result."
That is not what happened.
I'm not saying she's a turbo slut who wanted an orgy with a car full of guys and could fully consent to that. (I have met women that promiscuous)
But reality always does fall into somewhat of a sensible average between two extremes.

It’s also right in the OT’s wheelhouse. BR, Reggie’s, white girl, black perpetrators, etc. this awful story was always going to have people quickly jumping to conclusions and then sticking to them.
