Charges don’t solve shite. He needs to be beaten to within an inch of his life. The more that happens, the less the other will happen. Court system and jail solve nothing.

Having kids now it makes videos like the OP all the more infuriating, I can't even really watch stuff like that anymore it's so sad. Last year my wife and I decided to move 2 miles down the road from one school district to another. It was more expensive and to be honest, probably a bit more than any metric or graph or calculation would say we should afford, but every single day when I see shite like the OP I don' regret it for a single second. We moved from a school system praised for its diversity to one criticized for its lack of diversity (but funny enough, rates extremely high in test scores and academic achievement..) and is one of the best in the state. Knowing with almost certainty that my kids won't be subjected to random beatings while in school more than makes up for any worry about the increased monthly mortgage.
