I think the white team would have to play Edelman at DB, he has done it before for the Patriots.
I can't think of any other white DB in the league? you would have to bring someone out of retirement.

The best offensive players in the NFL are white minus receivers and even then you have guys like Decker, Edelman, Amendola, Nelson, and Gronkowski at tight end. I think the all white offense would annihilate the all black defense. On the other hand you have some good white linebackers and defensive linemen, but after that it gets ugly. The black offense would destroy the white defense.

I aint looking up the names of Olineman, but there are more than enough good to elite black O lineman in the league
Give me a Hybrid of Denver and Seattle defense and that should be more than good enough.
