I'm legit curious

The law says medical purposes or reasons. It does not say you need to have a preexisting medical condition

I have been going to my local grocery stores throughout the COVID19 shutdown and I have yet to wear a mask. I don't judge those who DO and I encourage thise who are at most risk too wear them.

I chose not to wear a mask as I do not have any if the symptoms. I check my temperature regularly.

Same for me today getting service work to my vehicle. Overwhelming majority had masks on. Very few did not. All the customers did.

Mask usage here is still 50% at best. .
That’s pretty much our ratio also. I’ve been to several stores.

It's about the intent of concealing your face.

That's your intent clause?

Ok so what if I wear a "mask" but with the intent to go rob a bank but under the guise of COVID-19, that is my point.

Now you are actively telling people to try to test the law.

Huge loophole

I haven’t worn a mask. Went to grocery store and restaurant Saturday. Us “no mask” people have work to do on weekdays, unlike the scared mask people who probably work for the govt or take a welfare check

I wear a mask in stores because I never stopped working during all of this so I wear them as a courtesy just in case I’m would be carrying. Personally, I don’t care who wears a mask or not but the thought process in the quote above is completely backward in every way and as ignorant as you’ll find anywhere.

Uh yea. Is that language confusing for you?

I guess that would be for the jury to decide if your intent was to conceal your identity. Likely the facts would bear out that the mask was used for the purpose of concealing your identity.

There is no law in Louisiana that prevents someone from wearing a face mask for a medical reason.

It’s ok. You got the other part of the equation wrong also. Emergency declaration by the governor > established law.
