Wish I had held off buying my F250
Weren’t you the guy with the F250 that imploded? You went back for more trouble?

I am still not sure how Ford screwed up that badly.
Ford didn't build them, Navistar did.

The 6.7L has some issues, but nothing like the 6.4L or 6.0L Powerstroke engines.
The 6.7L is an in-house engine. The 6.0/6.4 just weren't meant for the lightduty market where marketing meant hotrodding the engines. In medium-duty applications where they were de-rated the 6.0/6.4 are much more reliable. If you look at the medium-duty trucks from GM, Ford, and Dodge you see the diesels that are available in the light-duty trucks all have considerably more power and torque.
