I would imagine that Cowboys have a very broad revenue stream.
Even though they do not own Jerry World they still manage the facility so all the events held there is money right into the Cowboys revenue stream.
Also, for decades they have been branded as America’s Team even though they have crapped the bed the past few years. So revenues from Cowboys apparel are probably driving up revenues too.

Really? Kind of the easiest one to realize why it's valued at what it is, other than the Saints.
