During halftime of the LSU game I popped out to the Ralph's closest to me in Santa Monica and the bagger had snapped some pics and was showing me. I thought nothing of it because his pictures were quite lame -- looked like a blurry barely bright light.

YouTube 5 Min Video Of UFO

This is the best video i've seen regarding the UFO here. It looks as if the light is just stationary and then just fades.

Other sites are stating that a Trident missile was launched off the coast of S. CA tonight on an inland trajectory and exploded over Point Mugu. Speculation is it was a test of some kind of particle beam antimissile weapon.

and this caused a directional light beam to be emitted from the missile that hovered in the air for quite some time? Or do they put really incredibly bright lights on missiles when hey test them, now?

Rocket launches at night can be very bright. You don't see the rocket flames when you're dozens of miles away. Just the light.

Definitely a rocket/missle. That's what they look like.

I can accept that. Would you normally be able to see it from a distance covering Arizona, SoCal, and San Francisco Bay? We're talking over 500 miles. Not sure why their test missile would travel that distance along the coast.

I think so. I once saw a rocket from Vandenberg from southern Orange County. It lit up the sky and people from Mexico to San Francisco saw it. I don't know why we only see them sometimes and not others. Supposedly it used to be more common than now so people aren't used to seeing them like they once were.

Don't they prefer the term "undocumented visitors"?
