Never heard of anyone getting the shakes from a couple days of heavy drinking (without the cumulative effect of years of heavy drinking). Are you sure you don’t just want to seem like you have problems?

What can I do to stop me from shaking.?

1st, stop being a pussy and suck it up.

2nd, couple shots of vodka oughta fix you right up.

Sounds like you have a drinking problem and anger issues. I hope you get the help you’re crying out for.

Hope you are well

Also, before you follow my advice and feel better in a couple hours, write down how shitty you feel right now on a piece of paper and put it somewhere where you’ll see it so you don’t drink like that again.

My advice to you is to start drinking heavily.

Pedialyte has dextrose. And no, not really. OP is dehydrated and pedialyte > Gatorade for electrolytes.

I am not arguing that gatorade is better for hydration, I know pedialyte is far superior in that regard and for a general hangover solution, but as a heavy drinker on weekends, I can tell you with 100% certainty that a huge boost from the sugar in Gatorade helps the hand shakes in the interim better than just hydrating. It has exponentially more sugar than pedialyte.

Gatorade, ibuprofen, lots and lots of water, and take a multi vitamin as well. And slow down for the future.

Terrible advice. The sugar will make you feel worse.

Yeah who drinks all day the day before an important meeting? Sunday drinking never makes for a good Monday.

I'm with you on the shakes today. I went hard with vodka and wine this weekend and at about 1030 this morning I was shaking to the point to where I couldn't write a legible sentence. It seems to be tapering off and having a drink will stop them. I know that's probably not an option for you. I've just been pounding water all day to rehydrate and look forward to the 5pm hour to start drinking again and the uneasy feeling to fade

This isn't about feeling better, its about getting rid of the shakes.
