Most places will not give a frick.
I went to a bar down in Birmingham the other day and didn't even think about bringing in a mask.
"Hey Lurch, you're gonna need a mask"
"Ah shite, I'll be back."
"No worries big man, we have some in the back"
"Do I have to wear it?"
"No, we just have to know that you have it on your person"
lol

at most, you will get publicly shamed by a "Karen" or a business will ask you to leave or put on a mask
now if you throw a tantrum and it goes viral, you might get hit with a fine as an example

What's the point? They, local and state leaders, make orders then come out and do everything but explicitly state that they have no intention of actually enforcing it.

I haven't seen a cashier without a plexiglass shield in front of them in weeks.
And if it is walmart....I have to use self checkout because only two people in the whole store have been trained to run a register.

Maybe an Ace Hardware that had a sale item I drove to go get.
Other than that the only person I would talk to is my transfer FFL and they dont even wear masks or have a screen up because they arent anti-science

They can go facist and use the health department on businesses.
But an individual fine? With absolutely zero laws on the state code in any state?

I'm not saying how it would shake out. They can write citations for all sorts of stuff. Some of those citations get thrown out in court every day. With how crooked arse DAs have been running wild lately, no charges would surprise me.
