The shape of his head is kinda strange. He looks like someone painted a face on a giant fingernail.

If he wasn't so creepy and fugly lookin this kind of behavior would be chalked up to just immaturity. But now that we have this masterpiece that is his mugshot, I'm not sure that this wasn't going to escalate to sneaking into people's houses and blowing the horn. Then one night he forgets to bring the horn. Then it's, "oh look here's a knife in my pocket".
