More African Americans have aids and there is no cure... So white people should appropriate more funds.

Well I guess that means you were wrong then.

As a matter of fact, Whitey is immune from AIDS

Here tou go LINK

These disproportionately high numbers may be caused by several factors, including:

Lack of access to clinics for care and HIV testing, as well as to condoms and safer sex educational opportunities.

High levels of stigma surrounding HIV/AIDS in these communities prevent people from learning their HIV status, or from seeking care and speaking honestly with their sexual partners if they know they are positive.

Both society and the healthcare industry have marginalized members of these communities both on account of sexual orientation and race, blocking essential treatment, care, and education for those who need it.

Don't have unprotected anal sex, hundreds of sexual partners or share needles. There, AIDS crisis solved.

Pray tell, where does this magical treatment, care and education flow from, such that society and the healthcare industry blocked it from these communities?

Philadelphia was made in 93 and if I remember right was based in the 80s when HIV/AIDS was still misunderstood I believe we have come along way since then learning what the disease is

Exactly. AIDS prevention really is as easy as my previous comment stated. Of course, there are outliers, such as blood transfusions, or someone intentionally infecting someone, which I would venture to guess is 3% or less of all AIDS cases. And I'm probably setting the 3% mark too high.

I'm not sure what you're upset about here. This is basically an campaign to address aids issues in the black community.
