So, tax payers are paying for the BREC parks, then pay again for the CoA to rent the BREC parks, then pay again when BREC needs more funding, then pays again when CoA needs more funding, etc.

Two of the more over funded entities in EBR. Would love to know how many people show up at Flanacher. Can anyone in this thread tell me where that is without looking it up?
