Because of that, you take someone with bad habits and put them on this 24 day challenge and sure, there will be results. However, if you know anything about diet and exercise, you can do it for free in the same amount of time.
I imagine it probably does work.
I also imagine a clean diet and exercise works too, and you don't have to enter into a cult and buy a shite ton of products going that route either.

it's always diet.
ALWAYS, no matter the system.

For Neauxla too:
the best you can do is to minimize the cheat.
i.e., DONT drink and eat garbage. Do one or the other. It sucks, but at least you get drunk faster.
The other option is you can go to two-a-days. i do not recommend this option for long periods of time, lol

Good for you then. Usually when people lose weight that fast it is mainly water loss though.
More than likely that was the cause for the initial weight loss, but I have substantially changed my diet since the beginning of the cleanse. Advocare isn't just a cleanse though. I've been using their products for quite some time(never for profit) and have always seen good results. Don't knock it just for it's outward appearance as a scam/cult. It's doing good things for a lot of people. The products work.

I really dont know much about it honestly. I assume it is a cleanse product and meal replacement shakes? Im not big on meal replacement shakes. I can eat whole food with a similar profile that are more filling or I could buy a meal replacement shake for a lot less.

of course it "works". you have changed your eating and exercise habits. The point is there are similar higher quality products that you aren't having to line 5 people's pockets and then the manufacturer for...

They have a version of just about any supplement you can get on the market. Usually their product is just a safer, healthier version of the one you would find at GNC.

You can get 20% off yourself if you sign up to be a distributor
You still have to pay $50 annually to keep your status. There is a sign-up fee too that gets you some spark and the other energy drink that's closer to 5 Hour Energy ($69-$89) it's been awhile.
I think some of you are missing the point to using Advocare. It isn't so much about the diet as it is about CONVENIENCE. It's a PITA to cook and eat right. It's still expensive. If you have the motivation to put the time in anyways and eat right, there's no reason to take supplements.
Anyways, Spark is the money maker. It's the real deal. Just always have water bottles around for easy mixing. It's a super clean energy that has other vitamins as well. Because it's powdered, I'd venture to say your body processes those vitamins better than a big chunky pill. Catalyst is effective (I really have no idea why) when working out/exercising. It really does allow you to max out at different levels. The Meal Replacement Shakes are awesome to have around when you just don't have the time for breakfast/lunch and will at least curb your appetite until dinner. That's about the extent of what I'd recommend to any friends/family.
Anyways, I'm sure the Advocare police are hot on my tails right now, and I'm bound to have pissed off a supplier or two reading this thread. So I'll leave it at what I've said.

It works. I have 3 friends who did it, and saw crazy results. However they all hated the shite out of it, and went back to their normal lifestyle upon completion of it.

I've always wondered what is the plan one has after doing a bitch diet like this. Like, what happens on day 25+? Or do they just plan on being on that shite forever? I don't get it.
A few years ago I did a totally strict paleo diet for a month. I went insane reading labels. I was freaking out over trace amounts of things in seasonings. I took it way too far and it was basically disordered eating. On day 32 I went to Florida, sat on the beach, and drank all the beer. But it did transform the way I ate for a long time after that. I should probably do it again. It's just really hard with my current schedule aka I'm a lazy drunk.

I think the clense is not needed. Your body will "clense" itself with you just eating healthy. And the meal replacement shakes are only a part of it. Read the guide for it. It's a regular diet. Lean protein, veggies, fruits, and a small amount of carbs. The replacement shakes are for breakfast, but you could easily eat a healthy breakfast (only benefit of the shake is that it's a good source of fiber). The supplements are just standard supplements that I bet a lot of people who work out a lot take. The rip off is that you pay them $180 to tell you to eat healthy. I think it's overrated, not because it doesn't work, but because you can definitely do it on your own.

A pyramid scheme is an unsustainable business model that involves promising participants payment or services, primarily for enrolling other people into the scheme, rather than supplying any real investment or sale of products or services to the public.
Not quite accurate. Just because there is an incentive to sign up others, you are still very capable of making money without going that route. You just have to be a dick to people, pressure them, and prey on their insecurities.
