Save all your email traffic. You're gonna be the first one blamed when shite goes down.

I've noticed people who have skin in the game, (ownership), tend to have laser like focus on fixing problems while many corporations foster a finger pointing and blame shifting culture so nothing gets done, and morale is poor. Sometimes it's just incompetence. I've seen some of my Asian customers have the same discussions they did 15 years ago and they never make a decision because it would require change, which is taboo.
In summary, get past the personal problems and be an agent of change and progress and people will respect you.

Before my duties changed in the beginning of the year I was very much a middle man where I work.
It was related to some customer service bullshite (yeah... I know.... I hated it) and after being put on the spot several times to explain or resolve an issue I had no part in I just simply stated being honest... to both the customers and the higher ups.
If that meant throwing sometime under the bus, so be it. The customers actually told me they appreciated my honesty and leadership started hearing the rumblings I would pass on regarding the day to day BS.
I'm not saying giving zero fricks will work out for you, I'm saying being honest is normally the best policy

Be upfront and tell all parties you are about to give them the unvarnished truth and ask if they are ok with that. Then do that.

You posted this thread 2 weeks ago. I told you the first time to email everyone so it is documented what is going on.
Now you are complaining about the same thing again.

Welcome to Corporate America.
People are hired into management positions due who knows who, likes who, or related to who. Not based on who knows what the frick is going on.
Be a good middle man

Entirely different issues. That was about coworkers and dealing with them.
This is about different management teams expecting different results

It is absolutely critical that this be documented in emails! You see a major problem developing and do not notify anyone?
Who gets blamed?
