Haven't regularly watched since 2002. Besides the 1980's as a kid the attitude era was entertaining 94/95-2000, NWO and DX.

I loved it as a kid. Tried to go back and tune in a few times through the years as an adult but just didn't get into it. I always knew it was fake, so that's no different now. I just think the wrestlers are shitty now.
When I was a kid, the wrestler were crazy, larger than life characters, good gimmicks. Now everyone is just a regular Joe.

When the McMahon's bought WCW out, that was the beginning of the end imo. I watch it here and there now if theres nothing else on, but its really meh at best now.

Totally agree. Mainstream wrestling is a shell of its former self. If it were still like it was during the Monday Night Wars and before, I'd still be a fan. I remember watching it, knowing it was fake, but yet getting into it as if it were real, hanging on their every word during each promo, and openly having a vested interest during each match.
But it's not as entertaining anymore. Lately, I've gravitated more towards MMA. Every now and then, when certain guys who 'get it' and know how to promote a fight compete, a la Conor McGregor, Chael Sonnen, and to a lesser degree, Dominic Cruz, it becomes like wrestling in the old days.
