Let's put it this way...
The best hash back in the day, probably Moroccan or Lebanese, was about 25-30% thc. Modern strains have tested higher then 30%. Most schwag is around 5%. This ain't your grandpapy's reefer.

That is not accurate (unless you meant back in the day, in your neighborhood). Hash, going back thousands of years, could be up to 60~% THC. This has been shown because in vast areas across the world they still make it the traditional way and it's very pure in it's "top grade" (as with anything the natives "grade" it out).

Im claiming that bud has no negative affect on true society. It being outlawed causes issues but those issues stem from $$$$$$$$ being made by the state/fed gov. Gallup aslo states that 66% drink alcohol with 22% being hard liquor. Alcohol will always have a significant share of death and destruction. Let's say 25% of us use bud. If it were legal across the board, im pretty sure the negatives would be closer to 0%.
That leaf has been clinically proven to treat or cure a lot that stuff to the left of it!

Agreed. It's the same thing as giving someone who never drinks a beer or a glass full of ever clear.
Moderation, limits, and knowing the strength of what you intake are all important.
