It would be a better indicator of where you post than anything.
Post on your own team board = more upvotes
Post in a variety of places = bigger mix

I admit this is partly b/c I'd like to positively ID my 2-3 serial DVers. Although I already have my suspicions -- I have had not one but two posters start threads announcing they were DVing me. A rare (unique?) honor indeed.

Overall, I am pretty sure I would lead in downvotes. I don't think I have had the most downvoted thread, but I have many threads with a lot of downvotes. I actually take pride in being downvoted.
