It's Hawaii. A couple of .22LR shell casings on the ground would put them into full diaper-crapping mode. Hopefully this is just fireworks or something.

The news service I linked just interview a couple of sailors who wanted to check on their friends who live on the base. The said they wouldn't let anyone in now. Said they are letting people leave the base.
No one should be moving on base. We to this minute are still getting updates that it's ongoing and to remain in lockdown.
That likely comes from the constant uncertainty of number of shooters like with every incident.
This happened at the shipyard side, sounds like civilians were among the victims, which makes sense as most people that work there on the ships are civilian.
Likely just a workplace violence type thing with civilians, on a military base as opposed to anything else.
At least 3 injured, 2 in critical condition.

Early reports three dead, more wounded, active shooting still happening. Base on lock down.
A death count while the shooter is still active seems suspect.

Suspect is reported to have been in a military uniform. That’s coming from a friend on the ground in Hawaii.

Probably. Reports of 3 shot, 2 critical seems more likely.

We will see, really doubt it though

They’re now saying the shooter was a sailor. He shot three people and then ended himself.

Active shooter terminated

Hearing it was a sailor on the USS Columbia. I'm guessing he was standing watch which would be the only way he'd have a firearm.

Why would you rally doubt it?
Are service men less prone to mental illness, crimes of passion, etc?

f only we were all vegetarians that sucked dick the world would be a better place. That’s the point you are making right? The world should be more like you?
Well, I'm neither of those things, but I doubt the shooter was gay or a vegetarian. I don't have the answer to fixing it but doing nothing as our so called leaders are is not going to change anything. So we might as well become jaded to a mass shooting every couple of weeks.

But they don’t happen that frequently. When was the last “mass” shooting?
