12 years ago Schumpert was in bad shape. 1 ICU was closed and had water damage and mold growing inside. LSU hospital Shreveport is a dump. No schematics for plumbing and if something broke it was an ordeal to fix. Same for the electrical system.
University in Lafayette is a dump where they have tried to keep up with maintenance.
