I read that he was there in a vehicle with police lights on when they showed up and they thought it was one of them. He came out of the house shooting and went back in and got out somehow. Wild story. This dude is crazier than a shite house rat. Imagined himself some sort of military security expert and apparently not totally without reason.

Wait, he killed two legislators? I thought he had only killed the one lady (Dem Rep) and her husband. But he actually killed two and their spouses?

So he was wearing a fake head in that one picture. Unless his hair has grown two inches in the past week.

He had to have been inside already, the female was already dead unless he shoots and kills her while running through and out the back of the house all while the cops are out in front of the house. I read where the first two victims were shot a combines 17 times but both somehow lived, what a crazy arse story.

It would if it was a US Congressperson. Since they were state-level, I believe it'll remain a state crime.

18 U.S.C. 351 only covers harm to the following:

quote:

...a Member of Congress, a Member-of-Congress elect, certain specified executive branch officials, a major Presidential or Vice Presidential candidate, a Justice of the Supreme Court or a person nominated to be a Justice. Attempts and conspiracies to commit such offenses or to assault any such individual are also made criminal by this section.

State legislators don't fall under that code.

Explaining the history of the code

Also, it's too early on a Monday to be that angry, baw.

You first.

What logical reason would there be for the murder of state-level officials within the borders of said state to fall under federal statutes?

The hit list is BS. 2 different lists found in 2 separate places. It didn’t list his first victim. It listed a person who died in December. It listed people who aren’t in position stated anymore. There are whip counts listed on “hit list” for a previous state legislature not current one. Someone listed twice. Just initials for someone (PP). A website for an entire county’s delegation as a group and their website’s email domain - @******.gov. Link to house election directory for 2022.

The typed out list by law enforcement not the actual list. The typed term “hit list” may have also just been added by law enforcement when they sent this out to other law enforcement as a precaution.
quote:

JUST IN: The contents of Vance Boelter's “hit list” have been provided to Alpha News.
(This is a typed version that was distributed to law enforcement, not the original copy)

quote:

quote:

Odd that he had Sen. Kari Dziedzic on this list, who tragically died of cancer in December.
quote:

This gets even more bizarre.

There are the whip counts for the House and Senate from the previous legislature, not the current one.

We also have the past Hennepin County Attorney listed, and Kelly Morrison is listed twice. (Former state Senator/Rep, now Congresswoman)

And John Hoffman isn’t listed?

The 2022 time frame referenced on one list would have been when he was still on the Governor’s Workforce Board.
