Ahh, but you don't actually have to stop doing any of those things when you have a child, do you?

I have two.

I don't know about you, but I straightened up quite a bit when I had my first.

No they aren't. They were de-listed in 2007. They are still protected under the Migratory Bird Treaty Act, as well as the Bald and Golden Eagle Protection Act.

I find your comments contradictory IMO. So they are still protected under some act.

"Endangered" and "protected" aren't the same thing. There is nothing contradictory about my statement.

Not arguing for sake of arguing by any means. I know they are defined different but if your endangered you technically are protected.

So rape is your justification for an abortion? Are there others?

Don't get bent out of shape, that's what they've been programmed to think.

If you point out the fact that less than 0.5% of abortions are a result of rape, and ask why 99.5% of the other abortions occur, they'll call you a racist and walk away.

Even 0.5% seems high...

"The Unborn Victims of Violence Act of 2004 (Public Law 108-212) is a United States law which recognizes a child in utero as a legal victim, if he or she is injured or killed during the commission of any of over 60 listed federal crimes of violence. The law defines "child in utero" as "a member of the species Homo sapiens, at any stage of development, who is carried in the womb"

It's ok to kill a baby by abortion but it's not ok to kill a baby by some other means?

Go figure.
