Yeah, but this time it is really getting close. Looks like they are going with the jungle theme.

Lean into what you have I guess.

The water slide is going to be about 10 years old when this place opens.

It ain’t the park that makes places undesirable, it’s the patrons

I'm friends with someone who does real estate in Crowley and she said that Bucees is looking at that exit to build a store. She said this a few months ago.

Most Crowley real estate agents are likely residential and don’t know the slightest thing about commercial property so I’d be intrigued to know what genius thinks Bucees is going to waste their time in a bum arse market like Iowa, Louisiana.

Well, it will be close to this upscale waterpark and the RV park with Krispy Krunchy Fried Chicken.

I travel from LAF to LC monthly. Waterpark is still standing post hurricanes but took a beating. Slide is missing a piece of the tube and most of the small brick bldgs lost shingles and have significant roof damage. Pic below is from the inet, as I'll get a better one next time I'm driving West. That structure will never pass an inspection as it's been decaying and sitting for close to 20 years.

That guy that owns it was probably hoping the hurricanes would tear it down for insurance assuming he had insurance on it.
