All these “ kids” on that bus are from Belle Chasse. They range from 21 to 16. If I know who everyone on that bus was and the great NOPD can’t figure it out, that’s the real problem..

To be fair, just because he lives in the shithole of Baton Rouge doesn't mean New Orleans isn't also a shithole. I wouldn't really generally recommend either.
