Whoever made this map must be from the dump that is Slidell, only logical explanation for why it was included in the "real Louisiana"

Pretty accurate, Alexandria though is a good marker for common sense, cooking ability and desire to have a good time and drink.

Was going to down vote this map, but then I saw how many people are getting butt hurt about it.

Well done.

You can actually draw the East Texas boundary along US 165 to Monroe.

Nope, East Texas will have to fight off Arkansas for everything down to at least Columbia.

i'd like to vote to include New Orleans in the west Mississippi area.

New Orleans should be their own state. This would benefit both New Orleans and the rest of the state.

Pointe Coupee and St. Landry should probably be in "south Louisiana". Bunch of French names in the phone book there and they are definitely more "rice" than "potatoes".

Baton Rouge is kind of the melting pot....but otherwise the Florida parishes are more like "Mississippi" than the rest of the state. The north shore is changing a bit though with the NOLA transplants.

St. Francisville should be "the place yankees go to retire when they can't afford Florida".

Aside from this being gay as frick, Shreveport would be Texas, not Arkansas.
