Lots of things....most are too lengthy to get into. But there are several reasons why they're losing employees left and right to local competitors with less attractive packages.

What's funny is I made it through all the cuts and was given a 23% raise to not leave for a competitor. Three weeks later was shown the door because I brought up several issues that were costing us millions a year, but went against a managers best friends group.

Interesting. I'm currently designing in some interesting new technology systems for RTOC systems for them, and also for Devon.

Contract side isn't as painful. You won't have to deal with the internal power struggles over the most random BS. And certain groups are easier to work with than others.

Mother lives within 300 yards to about 6 FRAC sites in Frierson. No health defects to her, my step father, sister, step sisters and their children.
