WIfe interned at a NH before now working in an ER. She could have written your post verbatim. I hear about it all the time.

Well that and they are some of the only people willing to work in one of the most depressing places on earth. I cannot imagine working in more awful environment than a nursing home.

When you consider just how much a low-end nursing home costs, it makes you even more sick. Money shoved into someone's pockets instead of investing in quality facilities and salary for quality faculty/staff.

It's absolutely criminal.

Majority of nurses are pretty worthless for the most part. At least from what I seen

You think they work there by choice? There's a reason why they're working at a nursing home and not some other medical facility.
