A dilemma i keep running through my head, what say U?

Ok, so i'm driving to work, it's 4am, and as i get near the Brewery Downtown, i notice a car on opposite side of highway, and another with headlights behind it.

I get closer and notice some 50ish year old Man guy strong arming a 40ish looking lady into the passenger seat of a car. I kept driving, kind of confused at what i was seeing, did i just see:

1. A lady being basically kidnapped as her car was broke down?

2. 2 Drunks coming home from Downtown bars(230am last call/Eastl bar 24 hours), and her not being able to drive and he had to get her drunken arse into his car?

3. Couple arguing, she is playing the fool, threatening to walk on Highway, and he pulls her into their vehicle so she don't get hit and they both go home??

I almost turned around and went back, but man, nothing is worse than getting involved in a couple, who are drunk and fighting. U end up being the one they take their shite out on(which is why cops hate domestic calls).

My Conscience says i should have got off at the exit about 1/2 mile away and drove by slowly, and if it looked weird, call cops. It keeps telling me i failed that lady.

What would you of done?
