I’m like a lizard in that I’m one of those people that are always cold everywhere they go. I’m freezing at church, restaurants, work, etc. How are you baws surviving with it on 74+?

70 degrees, day and night. 76 degrees would be too hot for me.

78 with ceiling fans.....but I live in Dallas where it's way less humid.

Must be a humitity thing. 76 is fine in DFW.

73 is good April, May, June then all of a sudden 73 is to cold.

For some reason when it gets hot if the thermostat is set on 73 it gets very cold in the house.

I get to the point where i say "I'm paying to be cold. "

Then I set the temperature to 74.

For some reason there is 4 degrees difference between 73 and 74.

I have a digital thermostat but I don't think it is exactly accurate.

Most sleep therapists say that 64 degrees is the optimal sleeping temperature that our bodies need. True story.
