Snowflake means outside compressor is locked out for some reason. Check drain pan is not full of water.

So the air handler is blowing, but not cold? Is the outside unit (compressor) running? If yes to both:
Turn off the thermostat. Then go switch the breaker off for the A/C. Wait about 15 to 30 minutes. Turn the break back on. Turn the thermostat back on.
If that doesn't work, it might be your run capacitor in the actual compressor outside. Those run $15-$20 for the part and it's easy to replace on your own. Or it'll $125+ when the repair man has to come out and do it.
