A friend of mine growing up lost most of an ear and had terrible scarring on his face and neck from a dog attack where the dog jumped a front yard fence and attacked him while his younger brother watched. He nearly bled out before paramedics got there. That dog was a German Shepherd.

I think so. It’s time to hold garbage owners accountable. Dogs end up paying bc of shite human neglect or evil and are killed for it. While humans walk free. Had these POS been responsible, this lady wouldn’t have been attacked, much less killed.
