Little was convicted of killing three Los Angeles-area women and pleaded guilty to killing a Texas woman, and he's serving life sentences in California. Little, who lived a nomadic lifestyle, claims to have killed 93 women as he crisscrossed the country over the years.

mostly, just surprised hes not white....DTL was the only black serial killer i heard of, but im probably missing some.

The dc sniper was also black but technically a spree killer as opposed to a serial killer.
According to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the general definition of spree killer is a person (or more than one person) who commits two or more murders without a cooling-off period; the lack of a cooling-off period marks the difference between a spree killer and a serial killer.
No others come to my mind either.

Did a little research after I posted a reply to the guy you replied to. I was quite surprised to find out that for the last couple of decades the numbers had flip flopped.

Charlotte had one when I was growing up. Henry Wallace. They did a special on him awhile back on the ID channel.

Not really.
We are discussing serial killers like Dahmer and this guy. Not someone in a gang that kills two people in separate incidents.
That graphic uses the 05 FBI def of serial killer. Which is quite broad.
