Blocking the interstate isn't specifically what I'm referring to
They posted memes referring to people blocking the roads or non peaceful protests. Not people protesting how they’re lawfully allowed to.
ETA I’ll also say that if they posted that “watering my hippies” meme I would be ok with that as it’s an obvious joke. Social media has made everything so serious

Wait, so the city needs police to enforce Right wing politics?
How many times have you been to Philly? Homeless people and unemployment is BOOMING there. 2/3 of the city your normal everyday person does not even drive through. Those areas are not right wing. By percentage, Philly is the most liberal city in the country. The cops have stopped patrolling those areas because everything is out of hand. So again, until they get the homelessness, unemployment, welfare situation under control in the areas surrounding the city, it's only going to get worse.

I don't see how that relates to this statement:
quote:
The last thing Philly needs is LESS cops. That city is going to shite with how Left it is going and how much free rein it is giving to the wrong people.
The implication being that if there were more cops, the city wouldn't be as far left because there would be more cops to handle the "wrong people". They're your words, not mine.
Your mistake was relating it to the left/right paradigm, which has absolutely nothing to do with this situation.
