We have a couple who recently moved from Hawaii to our neighborhood in North Dallas , they said it was a shite show.
Homelessness is out of control, people digging in your trash for food, crime, drugs and shitting in the streets.
A loaf of bread is $8.00 and a gallon of milk $12.00 because all products must be shipped in.
They were both born there and couldn't wait to get out

Hawaii, since they are so secluded away from the rest of the continental US, are a homogeneous group of people. They don't necessarily identify as Americans, unless it's beneficial.

I’m late to this thread but, the article supports my theory that states are going to begin to do everything they can to prevent mass migration and in this case, tourism.
We’ve begun the process of subdividing America. We’re going to see this trend happening in any location that is popular.
We will also see states like California and NY starting to try to block people from leaving.
Puerto Rico is coincidentally running tourism adds which is a very smart play on their behalf. They seem to have been red pilled recently.
