The child asked the substitute teacher to go to the bathroom. She was allowed with no delay. She shite her pants (again, stool not diarrhea) before she could get her pullup(which she should not have been wearing) down. She was sent to the office, per policy. There is a specific restroom in the office for this purpose. The nurse was present. She was told to go to the restroom, clean herself up, and change herself, per policy.
When she came out of the restroom, she had smeared feces over the walls, toilet and sink.
The assistant principle reprimanded this behavior. She then instructed her and assisted her to clean up her mess.
The assistant principle met with admin that same day. She was admonished for her reaction, and that was the end of it.
This all happened more than a month before the story dropped from Nakatrash.
At that time, the school board should have responded that they were aware of the incident, and it had been handled. Instead, the hung her out to dry.
These facts change the original story completely. What 6 year old smears feces everywhere? Is the child special needs in the head? I'd have made her help clean it up also.

I get that part is wrong but the teacher should be asking a lot of why questions instead of worrying about clean up. The child knows they are allergic and most likely what happens. There’s a reason the child did this. The teacher and administration should figure that out.

NO SHE SHOULD NOT! She should be getting the shite cleaned up as its a health hazard and fricking disgusting. And this feral, maladjusted child should either be cleaning it up or getting escorted to a juvy center.
yeah, shes a maladjusted, feral child. There is no excuse for her to consume a dairy product or wipe shite on the walls. Its simply abhorrent behavior sanctioned by parents who are likely unfit.
You want to answer a WHY question? Try this one:
why should anyone other than the kid or her parent have to clean up her shite (literally) when it is the kid who wiped it all over the walls?

Even if you want to make this argument, do you really think making a child clean up a mess they made rises to the level of criminal activity?

This is why I don’t send my kids to government schools.

I could be low on my number, but it seems like I've read the mom has four kids under the age of 10. And she's in her mid-20s. Thanks Lyndon B. Johnson.
I can't wait to see John McClindon wipe his arse with Ron Hailey when this case actually gets down to business. Unless Ron gets suspended again, of course.

Honestly I'm still wondering why one genius in this thread wanted the kid to clean it up with gloves... They had already grabbed a turd and smeared it. Nothing the administrator did introduced more germs or danger to the child than that. If anything it gave them a chance to redeem their terrible actions, if only a little, while exposing the fewest people to the faeces.
Give her a medal, not a mugshot.
