Well damn.. I think I would like to know if I am stepping out on a balcony designed to be a..... balcony... OR a decoration myself.

That was onky 4ft and it looked like a bomb full of lumberjacks exploded. But a balcony full of irish, that's some next level shite.

I work at the hospital these people were brought to....it's sad. I know as 21 year old I would have assumed the balcony would hold me. The structure was new and everything here is supposedly built now to withstand earthquakes. I can't blame the kids for assuming it would hold them. The saddest part is that the cops were called in regards to noise shortly before the collapse, en route shots were fired elsewhere and police were diverted....
