Was looking something up today and discovered it's a Dirt Dauber.

Might have gone to my grave not knowing that was incorrect.

Learn something new, eh? We called them mud daubers.

I thought I had a pretty extensive vocabulary, but when someone recently used the word "innocuous" in conversation I had to look it up. Oh, by the way, welcome to Insomnia Land.

That's me. The golden was making passive aggressive noises trying to get me up to let him out and now I can't get back to sleep.

That is the result of seeing too much misspelling and misuse of the English language on this site.

I hear them called “dirt divers or mud divers” frequently. A lot of folks don’t even know that “daub”is a word.

I woke up at 2:50 having a nightmare, the result of PTSD.

Damn sorry to hear that.

Puts me in my place for feeling sorry for myself having trouble sleeping due to tinnitus.

Does that happen often?

The vast majority of all people in this country think it't "try and do" something. It's try to do something, people. Have that epiphany.

It has become less frequent, but often when I am stressed by events or circumstances going on in present real life. Then I also get out of sleep rhythm because I tend to stay awake not wanting to go to sleep and possibly recur.

It means In the Mood to get inoculated, or that you are an employee of Moderna.

Well I hope you get back to sleep tonight. Take some melatonin.

Made me laugh, but I think it is just a little bit iniquitous to define it in that particular fashion.

Thanks for the good wishes. I have some sleeping pills a doctor gave me but I hate to feel medicated half the day afterwards. Maybe put on the golf channel, that should do it.
