I know some here keep up with horse and equestrian type topics.

52 thoroughbred horses need homes. Will go to Sugarcreek this Sat. for slaughter. Gentleman died and his son wants nothing to do with them. Most broodmares are broke and some are in foal weanling, yearlings, 2 yrs. and 3 yrs. old most are gelded. FREE and papered. Friend of the deceased is trying to find homes. 440-463-4288 Barnesville, OH

I've got the land to take a couple, but no way I could afford the upkeep.

This comes around every year. It’s very, very old.

Though I’m surprised to see it pop up on tiger droppings. It’s usually just a fb thing

I thought the law changed and that it is now illegal to slaughter horses.

At any rate, I am not sure why some dumbass would want to put down a herd of that value.

I wish I was set up for horses but I just moved back to the city. I certainly would have wanted a couple.

Well if they were worth a shite, the son would sell them. Unfortunately this is what happens when a horse collector collects too many horses and dies.

Sorry I don't have the room for a horse.

My liberal roommate has a fetish.

Cant slaughter in the US. Canada and Mexico allow it. Worse for the horses, but hay the bunny huggers here feel good about it. NVM how awful an end it is for the horses that ship to Mexico.

Herd has no value apparently. If it did, he’d sell them to people who actually wanted them.

NVM, Aspy outed this story as horse shite

You’re who I thought of. Good to know it’s a repeat thing and of course got from FB.

I had no idea and wanted to share.

I can’t believe you of all people hadn’t seen this before. Herd all found homes in 4 days in 2011 when this actually happened.
