It’s not a fraternity so they can do whatever they want.

It’s even worse than a fraternity.
This is an official spirit organization of LSU. If I’m right, they even get paid a stipend by LSU.
That’s why it’s been swept under the rug.
LSU is so bad at enforcing anti-hazing rules that it can’t even prevent its own people on its own payroll from doing it.
Damn right they are going to bury that story, especially in light of current or pending litigation!
On a related note, how hard is it to not haze people, especially after being told specifically not to haze people? DON’T frickING HAZE PEOPLE!!

I've said many times, other student groups haze more than the greeks and worse than what the greeks do and nothing is done about it.....
