Unequivocally false.

McCartney was the diamond of that band.
True. Especially in the latter half of the 60s. If not for Paul and his work ethic they wouldn’t have released near the number of albums they did. But his hubris also helped accelerate the breakup as well.

Harrison was the best singer and if he had more chances arguably would have been the best song writer. He was given 2 songs per album and he wrote them solo.
Paul was by far the best singer. But Harrison was a good singer. But definitely not the best IMO. As for songwriting, he came into his own toward the end. But he was never gonna be on the level of Lennon/McCartney, or either of them solo even. Whole George has some nice songs in his catalogue, most of them are much weaker than his counterparts IMO.
But it really depends on what kind of music you like. If you like deep or lovey type songs, you likely like Paul the most. Abstract, descriptive type songs, it’s John. More simple and spiritual type songs, George.

Moreso from a songwriting perspective and just how influential he was. They evolved from boy-band pop to rockabilly to the beginnings of metal to hard core rock just in the course of 6 years. Their metamorphosis was amazing.

Them and the Beatles are the greatest bands ever. On this one thing, we can agree.

Don’t forget the best guitar work on any Beatles song was played by Eric Fukin Clapton.
It sucks because Weeps may be George’s best Beatles song, but he gets a downgrade for not playing on it and letting Clapton do it. And that’s the kind of person he was, but still.
Outside of George’s absolute best songs during their run (Weeps, Taxman, Something, one or two others) the rest of them were subpar compared to L/M. But like George later said, Paul and John got all their bad songs out of the way and perfected their songwriting and hit their stride when the band took off. George started writing a lot later so he lagged behind.
But even most of George’s solo work I don’t really care for, outside of a handful of exceptions.

Yep.
The White Album, Peppers, Let It Be and Abbey Road would have never happened if not for Paul taking the reigns.

his hubris
I don't think it was so much that as he was heavy-handed. But they were gonna break up regardless.

I love the Stones, but they wouldn't be around if not for the Beatles. Mick has said as much numerous times.
