I hope it goes to $10. The '81 million' people need to really feel it in their wallets to know they pressed the wrong button

Cheapest locally is around $4. It was below $3 a year ago.

Theres a lot of frickery involved in the housing market too, and I believe the government is involved in that too.

Does the president have that much impact on the price of gas or is it private companies to blame?

The president sets the price of gasoline and oil. He gets kickbacks to his Panamanian rust he has setup. Oil prices are high cause he makes money. Trump did the same to make money, but was on the opposite side of the trade. He hates oil and has so he took a short position and also leveraged his properties to buy put leaps. Why do y'all not understand this?

I paid $3.85 yesterday for a total of $81.46. I am not even mad.

I have a corporate fuel card as part of my monthly vehicle allowance. I filled up my truck yesterday at $4.08 per gallon. It was just shy of $95.00. Even though it didn’t cost me personally, it still pisses me off.

Filled up at Costco a few minutes ago. 3.799 per gallon. Get that membership, it pays off. If you get the credit card you also get another 2% kicked back in cash.

$3.89 in my neck of the woods, but it fluctuates +/- $0.05 ever few weeks. Hasn't been nearly as bad, but still a hit. Thank god for fuel points on top of sub-$4.00 gas

What part of oil companies do not set the price of their product do you not understand?

Is there a law requiring oil companies to sell their oil refined here at the global market value?

Check out our gas prices vs other oil producing countries.

And I’m also aware that while the US has the ability to make up for a huge chunk of the OPEC shortfall, instead we’re throttling our own supply while Biden begs OPEC to pick up theirs

What is the motivation for oil companies who are making good money to overextend themselves again?

Even if they could produce more, they are still waiting several months for pipe, forklifts and trucks

That is where I filled up for $3.85. Also, I am pretty sure it is 4% cash back if you buy at costco.

The big problem is people who want the oil business destroyed will not be hurt. They'll not feel it, because of insulation or just have enough money to not worry about it.

The middle class is what Democrats are trying to destroy. We will get crushed.

You maybe right. I have the card and spend roughly $300 a month on it and get back 100 to 200 back a quarter.

leases, permits, financing, and labor availability also factor in to time to market. to your point, they can’t turn on a dime even if they wanted to.

They can and have said they will.

When you cancel leases, put fields off limits and end pipelines, it causes prices to rise on futures. Speculators are making money.
